2. Beer permitted in moderation in plastic or cans only. NO GLASS.
3. Any conduct deemed inappropriate by the captain will subject the trip to termination without refund.
5. Any person damaging the vessel or equipment will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

7. Deposit nonrefunable if trip cancelled less than 7 days before scheduled date.
